Meet Dawn Marie

Hi, I'm Dawn Marie, founder of BeYOUtify the Mind Counseling, PLLC. I created this practice to offer a warm, grounded space where healing can unfold with compassion, curiosity, and care. BeYOUtify the Mind was created from a belief that healing begins when people feel truly seen, safe, and supported enough to reconnect with themselves.

I believe therapy should feel safe enough for honesty, gentle enough for tenderness, and strong enough to support meaningful change. My hope is that each person who enters this space feels seen, supported, and empowered as they reconnect with their strength, their story, and their truest self.

IFS helps you understand and compassionately connect with the different parts of yourself, creating more space for healing, self-trust, and inner balance.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

CBT helps identify unhelpful thought patterns and build practical tools that support healthier emotions, more grounded responses, and lasting change — helping build greater self-trust, emotional resilience, and inner steadiness.

DBT-Informed Care

DBT-informed strategies support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness, helping you navigate intense feelings with greater steadiness and confidence.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness practices help you slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and cultivate greater awareness, calm, and compassion toward yourself.

Somatic Techniques

Somatic approaches honor the connection between mind and body, helping release stored stress, deepen emotional awareness, and support healing beyond words alone.

At BeYOUtify the Mind, Trauma Intensives are being thoughtfully created as an immersive healing experience — integrating parts work (IFS-informed) with EMDR reprocessing to support meaningful, lasting change. These intensives are designed for individuals seeking deeper healing in a safe, structured, and compassionate environment.
